Dr. White graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, CT in 1986 and from LSU Medical School in 1991. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in 1995 and started her practice in Mandeville that same year. Dr. White was board certified in Internal Medicine in 1995 and Pediatrics in 1996. Dr. White and her husband, Kirk, are from New Orleans but relocated to the Northshore in 1996 and have 3 children.

ELIZABETH SIMS, APRN, FNP-C

Elizabeth Sims is a Family Nurse Practitioner nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received a Bachelors in Biology and Chemistry from Mississippi College in 2003, a Bachelors in Nursing from Louisiana State University in 2006, and a Masters in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in 2013. She has 7 years of nursing experience in emergency medicine. Her first few years were spent in the ER at St. Tammany Parish Hospital. She also spent 5 years at a pediatric and women's health emergency room at Women's and Children's Hospital in Lafayette, LA. Elizabeth is originally from Madison, MS and moved to Mandeville after college. Her husband, Collin Sims, is from Mandeville. Collin and Elizabeth have three children and Elizabeth's interests include spending time with her family and friends, anything outdoors, and laughing.

CASSIE ANDERMANN GUSTE, APRN, FNP-C

Cassie Guste is a Family Nurse Practitioner nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received her nursing degree at Our Lady of the Lake College in Baton Rouge and a Master's in Nursing from Georgetown University in 2014. She has six years of nursing experience in general medicine as well as oncology and hematology. Cassie is a member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing .  Cassie and her husband Jules moved to the North shore area five years ago and have two children together. Cassie's interests include traveling, cooking, gardening, spending time with friends and family, and being outdoors on the Tchefuncte River.
